Orders will take 3 – 5 working days to be delivered.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept any returns on products purchased, unless there is a manufacturing default.
In the event that there is an issue with your product, please send an email to info@sasacosmeticssa.co.za. Please note that we may request a photo and/or video of the damaged item(s) be sent to the above email address.
